Terms of use
License
Purchasing RPG Tactician: Origins grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under Apple's standard usage rules for App Store purchases. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.
Purchases & refunds
The app is sold once, with no subscription and no in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; refund requests go through Apple's own refund process, not directly to the developer.
Your content
Characters you create belong to you. They're stored only on your device — see the Privacy Policy for how that storage works, and note that uninstalling the app deletes them permanently.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is." While it's built and tested carefully, no guarantee is made that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for damages arising from its use.
Changes & termination
These terms may be updated as the app changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Apple may also apply its own Licensed Application End User License Agreement alongside these terms.

System Reference Document 5.2.1
This app includes material from the System Reference Document 5.2.1 ("SRD 5.2.1") by Wizards of the Coast LLC, available at dndbeyond.com/srd. The SRD 5.2.1 is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, available at creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0.
Scope of content
All character options in the app come from the SRD 5.2.1 only: 12 classes with one subclass each, 9 species, 4 backgrounds (Acolyte, Criminal, Sage, Soldier), the SRD feats, and the SRD spells. Content that appears only in material outside the SRD is out of scope and is not included.
Original text
Every name used is the official SRD 5.2.1 term. Every description in the compendium is written from scratch for this app, in both English and Spanish; no descriptive prose is reproduced from the SRD or any other rulebook.
